#LiberateMKE needs community members to show up and to the Mayor’s Public Budget Hearing on Thursday, August 15 at 6pm. The campaign aims to fight for the city of Milwaukee to invest $25 million into communities and divest $25 million from the police. This will be the first opportunity for the community to testify about where they believe money should be spent in the 2020 city budget.
