On Tuesday, Oct. 10, people gathered to tell about their experiences with the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility at a Mass Story Lab event at Marquette University. Six people whose lives and families have been affected by MSDF testified to the unjust practices and shameful conditions at the facility, a holding site for people alleged to have violated probation or parole.
